Procedure
1. Pre-disperse and heat phase A at temperature 70-80oC then add citric acid solution until the bulk is clear |
2. Add phase B to phase A, continue mixing |
3. Add phase C at temperature 60oC until homogenous |
4. Cool down the temperature to 50oC then add phase D, continue mixing until homogenous |
5. Pre-disperse phase E in warm temperature, then add to bulk no. 4 while mixing until homogenous |
6. Pre-disperse phase F in room temperature, then add to bulk no. 6 while mixing until homogenous |
7. Add phase G, mixing again until homogenous |
8. Adjust pH in 6,5 with citric acid solution if needed |
